Jessica W. Stricklin, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CRRN, Chief Executive Officer
Jessica brings more than 18 years of healthcare leadership experience to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Lexington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.
She began her career as an oncology registered nurse prior to progressing to clinical leadership roles. She most recently served as director of nursing at a full-service, nonprofit acute care hospital in Sumter, S.C., where she provided strategic leadership for 90 multispecialty beds and more than 150 nursing staff. She also has held executive and senior leadership roles within rehabilitation hospitals in Virginia and South Carolina.
Jessica earned a master’s degree in nursing with a focus in executive leadership from Kaplan University, and dual bachelor’s degrees in nursing and political science from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C. She is Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN).
When not at work, Jessica loves to travel, garden, read, and spend time with her family and friends.
Lisa McKinney, Director of Therapy
Lisa McKinney currently is the director of Therapy Operations at Lexington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital with Ernest Health. She is originally from Columbia SC and graduated from MUSC with a BS in Occupational Therapy. Prior to joining Ernest Health her career included Rehab leadership roles in Inpatient Rehab, acute Rehab and Post acute rehab settings.
She has been Instrumental in setting and implementing guidelines for rehabilitation programs such as physical, occupational, speech therapies. She has demonstrated success in developing and coordinating rehabilitation programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving clinical and financial outcomes. Known for assuring the competency of all staff members and maintaining efficient and effective department operation while ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory standards. Her track record of fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams is her passion.
She possesses strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care and promoting staff development.
Tianna Pressley, PharmD, MHA, Director of Pharmacy
Tianna has been a part of Ernest Health since 2020. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of pharmacy. She began her career journey as pharmacy technician while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina, which she completed in 2011.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from South University in 2015. She later earned a Master of Health Administration in 2021 from the University of South Carolina. She has experience in various pharmacy settings to include retail, hospital, and home infusion.
When Tianna is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling with friends.
Art Kirkland, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Art has over 14 years of experience in healthcare leadership and marketing and 10 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and special needs. Art’s passion for helping others is on display daily as he works to ensure those in need of physical rehabilitation have the knowledge of services provided in their community and access to those services.
A licensed social worker, Art earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Limestone College in Gaffney, SC.
Art resides in Greenwood, SC, and enjoys serving his community as an active Rotarian and spending time with his wife, Julie, and their twin daughters, Mackenzie and Taylor.
Abigail Benskin, RN, Director of Compliance
Abigail Benskin serves as the Director of Compliance at Lexington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads efforts to ensure regulatory standards are met with integrity and excellence. A dedicated healthcare professional, Abigail brings a strong clinical foundation to her leadership role, shaped by years of hands-on nursing experience.
She began her career after graduating from Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College in 2019, starting on the cardiac stepdown unit. Over the next several years, she developed her expertise in patient care and team leadership, serving in roles such as charge nurse and assistant nurse manager. Her commitment to mentoring future nurses also led her to serve as a capstone preceptor, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
With a passion for quality, safety, and ethical care, Abigail now applies her clinical insight and leadership skills to advancing compliance initiatives that support patient-centered outcomes.
Jason Miller, Director of Facilities Management
Jason is from the midlands of South Carolina. He has been in facilities management for over 25 years, 18 of those in healthcare facilities.
Before joining our team he was Director of Facilities Management at our sister facility in Elgin. He oversees our emergency management and response, as well as the hospital’s safety program. Ensuring the facility runs safely and efficiently are his main priorities.
Allison McGee, Director of Patient Outcomes
Allison McGee is a native of Allendale, SC. She is a 2006 graduate of Wofford College with a B.S. in Biology and Spanish. She earned her Master of Speech Pathology from the University of South Carolina in 2009. Allison has worked in post-acute care since 2010 with experience as a treating clinician and Director of Rehabilitation in skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, long-term care, and outpatient settings. Prior to joining the Lexington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital team as the Director of Patient Outcomes, Allison was a Clinical Review Coordinator and Appeals and Denials Coordinator for Optum Home & Community Care Transitions.
Allison is passionate about transforming lives through effective communication and advocacy. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner and has earned the ASHA Award for Continuing Education 11 times. Allison resides in West Columbia, SC with her husband, cats (including fosters), and dog.
When she’s not working, she enjoys live music, local festivals, USC sports (Go Gamecocks!), and volunteering in the community.
Sheila Weeks, Chief Nursing Officer
Sheila has 25+ years of nursing and management experience in the acute, subacute and post-acute care and rehabilitation of high acuity patients. In this role, she is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of facility operations and programs and implementing cost-effective systems to enhance performance.
Prior to HealthBridge, Sheila was at CareMeridian, where she served in multiple roles, including Executive Director of Operations, State Director/Administrator and Administrator of CareMeridian 4kids. CareMeridian/NeuroRestorative, was part of a national network of healthcare providers serving the catastrophically ill and injured populations. In addition to daily operations at CareMeridian, she was responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations and the Joint Commission. While there, Sheila was awarded The Beyond Care Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership, commitment, expertise and care extended to both patients and their families.
Before joining CareMeridian, Sheila was an Administrator for Life Care Center of Tucson. She began her career serving in several roles, including case management, Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing.
Sheila graduated from nursing school at Okaloosa Technical College in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She later received her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN).
Deandrus Best, aPHR, Human Resources Manager
Deandrus brings 8 years of experience to her role, having served previously in a long-term acute care hospital in Human Resources.
Deandrus graduated from Southern Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
She earned her Master of Art in Computer Resources Information Management at Webster University. She received her Associate Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
